All tunes on this album were written and recorded in 2023. The “Elusive Diana” was written in Devil’s Den State Park” in Arkansas after visiting Magazine Mountain State Park to observe the female Diana fritillary butterfly. This species is one of the largest native North American species and is exceptionally rare and their populations are in decline. After having made at least 6 trips to these parks to see see her, we finally achieved this bucket list life-long goal.
